Currently these migrations ignore the existing structure inside of the Gmail account and create all new labels with sub-labels that reflect the name of the PST and the folder name: Items Items etc. This is not always acceptable or appropriate. What method is used to map these folders so they migrate to the correct / corresponding location in the Gmail account the same way they show up when doing a 'standard' Exchange migration via GAMME? I have to say that your support person sounds infinitely more technical than the one I received. In retrospect, I should have called and requested another tech, but after a certain amount of time waiting to hear back from them, I was in a time crunch to complete the project.
